The Level Up Letter - Vol. 17 - Time Kills All.....

Take your time or hurry up? The choice is yours...but be prepared for the consequences.

THE LEVEL UP LETTER

Hi All!
It’s your favorite time of the week. The arrival of the Level Up Letter! (well, we hope it’s at least something you look forward to at the end of the week)

This week is all about acting quickly.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

TIME KILLS ALL……

⁣DEALS. MOTIVATION. PROGRESS. and especially INSPIRATION

How many conversations have you had about ideas you were super excited about and then never took action on? How many sales did you think you had done but were slow to follow up and lost the deal?

The truth is, the time between ideation and action is everything.

  • Action creates feedback.

  • Feedback allows for iteration.

  • Iteration creates success.

  • Success builds momentum.

If you want to do something BIAS TOWARDS ACTION.

START SMALL

When we’re trying to make big changes or push towards a large goal, thinking about everything that needs to get done in order to succeed can feel daunting. It leads to being overwhelmed. There are so many things to do that you don’t know what to focus on and end up in a state of paralysis.

We want to start stacking small wins and as the old saying goes, “there is only one way to eat an elephant: a bite at a time.” What’s the smallest bite you can take?

Want to start a new business? Before you go spending a ton of time building out your branding, website, production line etc. text a few ideal customers and see if they’ll pay you for a pre-sale. (btw your friends and family will always say yes until they need to part with their money)

Want to build a new habit? Cut the big goal into the tiniest possible piece and start there. 1 push-up a day. Floss 1 tooth. Send 1 sales email. Meditate for 1 minute. Analyze 1 deal a day.

Small, consistent wins lead to long-term success.

MILLION DOLLAR WEEKEND

This might be one of the best books we’ve read so far this year. Tons of great insight for anyone looking to launch a new business, test a new idea and for those of us that have done this a few times, a good reminder to go back to basics.

We even used some of Noah’s advice and hit him up to help support us…..and he did!

Highly recommend grabbing a copy and downloading the workbook that goes with it.
