Here is your weekly Level Up Letter. We’re going to keep this one short and use this week’s letter as a check-in point. We’ve got one quarter left in the year and for most of us that includes a bunch of holiday time. What are you going to do to make the most of the rest of the year? We hope you enjoy!

As we approach the final stretch of the year, now is the perfect time to reflect, adjust, and surge forward to end our year on a high note. Here are our top 7 tips to make the most of this last quarter.

1. Reflect & Celebrate 
   Now is a great time to take stock of the year so far. Where have you made progress? Make sure to celebrate those wins. (Live in the gain not the gap)
   

2. Top Three 
   What are the top 3 goals you need to complete this quarter to make it a successful year? Lock those goals into OKRs now. (If you don’t know how to build out OKRs for your goals, book a session with us now)
   

3. Prioritize Ruthlessly 
   Focus on what will make the most significant impact in the next 90 days. Allocate your time and resources to activities that promise the greatest returns. Clear your calendar of distractions.
   

4. Holidays Aren’t An Excuse 
   We’re not saying you shouldn’t take vacation or downtime. We’re saying, you know they’re coming and other people will be phoning it in. Get the deal done now, move the deadline forward, stay on top of things.
   

5. Secure The Bag

   1. Personally - Holidays are expensive. Start planning now, and secure your financial position.

   2. Professionally - Companies need to spend their yearly budgets. Push to get those deals done and hit your revenue targets.
      

6. Stay Accountable 
   Share your end-of-year targets with someone who will keep you accountable. Not someone that’s going to let you slide. Hold each other to the fire. Make it a little competitive.
   

7. HAVE FUN!!!
   Whatever you’re doing. Remember to have fun along the way. It’s about the journey and the people you meet along the way. Don’t overly attach to the destination if it’s going to make you miserable.
